What are my payment options?
Credit card: We provide secure online credit card payment options. Just follow the prompts once you’ve placed your order.
                             
EFT:      
You can pay via electronic transfer. Just follow the prompts once you’ve placed your order. Please use your order number as a reference when making payment. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive payment
                             
What are my delivery options?
Courier: We deliver to any address in South Africa and delivery can be tracked.
Collection: You can collect from our offices at 40 Trevor street, Murrayfield, Pretoria (Collection hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00)
                             
How long will it take?
You should receive your order within 7 working days depending on availability of the items.
Delivery within main centres usually take 3-5 working days and remote areas 5-7 working days (main centres include any location within a radius of 50km of all major cities).
We cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to availability of items. For a more accurate delivery time please contact info@mytoy.co.za.

Do I have to receive and sign for my package?
You don’t need to sign yourself. If you’re not receiving your order, please let us know on info@mytoy.co.za who will be receiving and signing for your order on your behalf.
                             
Can I track my order?
We will send you tracking details once your order is dispatched.
                             
Do you deliver internationally?
We only deliver within the borders of south Africa.
                             
What’s your returns policy?
We will do our best to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition. Please contact us within one working day if you have received an incorrect or damaged product.  

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

Please return the incorrect/damaged product within 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
