About Us
ABOUT MYTOY - I live in a small house, with a 6 year old, big cat and a great view. Raindrops, friendly people and Sundays make me smile.
My story starts in Pretoria as the big sister to three busy brothers.
The love for toys started when I realised the magical potential of toys as simple objects to keep them busy and keep me sane.
After a degree in consumer science from the University of Pretoria
I moved to a big city and joined the fast paced corporate world of South African retail, specialising in toys (of course).
I Gained experience and expanded my knowledge of the industry and most importantly the people that make it tick.
All this time an idea was growing in the back of my mind. "I have to bring my toys to the world, and do it my way!"
The seed was planted and today it's MyToy.
